3. Back Muscle Group

Lateral Pull-Down (Cable)

4. Shoulder Muscle Group

Dumbbell Shoulder Press (Standing)
Weight stack: 6kg dumbbells per arm - Standing
Sets: 1

Arnold Dumbbell Shoulder Press (Standing)
